Si has a diverse range of influences from Motown and The Beatles to Fleetwood Mac and The Police. However, it was the mesmerizing sounds of 60s recordings by Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton that ignited his passion and led him to pick up his father's guitar. Si immersed himself in the vibrant music scene in the 90's, lending his talent to various bands.

The opportunity to play with like-minded musicians  in Damo and The Dominos, and bring the sounds and live experience of Eric Clapton to audiences was not something Simon was going to miss out on.

Si is a gear addict and is constantly tweaking his guitar rig to get the best tones. He's also a big fan of motorsport, both watching and competing.
