As we look ahead to an exciting 2025, we’re thrilled to share our upcoming gigs and some behind-the-scenes highlights from Classic Clapton by Damo & The Dominos. With several shows already lined up, we’re eager to bring our live, all-authentic Clapton experience to new audiences. Additionally, we’ve been busy in the studio creating something special – more on that below!
New Venues for 2025... mostly
Our 2025 schedule is already filling up, with several key performances across the country. We’re particularly looking forward to returning to venues like The Hawth Theatre in Crawley and to new venues like Real Time Live in Chesterfield, where we’ll be delivering our signature tribute to Eric Clapton. Each of these shows is a chance to bring the "24 Nights" experience to life, recreating Clapton’s legendary live performances with a completely live band – no backing tracks, no miming, just pure musicianship.
Here’s a look at our confirmed 2025 dates so far:
- St Gregory's Church – Sudbury: Saturday, 22nd February 2025 – A perfect venue for an intimate yet powerful live show.
- Witham Public Hall – Witham: Saturday, 29th March 2025 – We’re excited to perform in this historic venue with its great acoustics.
- Hampton Hub: Saturday, 26th April 2025 – A fantastic local venue where fans can enjoy a close-up, raw performance.
- The Hawth Theatre – Crawley: Saturday, 7th June 2025 – One of our larger gigs, where we’ll deliver the full Clapton experience.
- The Alexander Centre – Canterbury: Saturday, 28th June 2025 – This venue’s historic charm sets the scene for an unforgettable night.
- The 1865 – Southampton: Saturday, 5th July 2025 – A major stop on our tour, expect this to be a standout performance.
- Real Time Live – Chesterfield: Friday, 12th September 2025 – An intimate gig where we can connect closely with the audience.
- The Citadel – St Helens: Saturday, 13th September 2025 – A venue with a rich musical history, perfect for a Clapton tribute.

Our Recent Studio Session at Hive Studios
In preparation for next year’s tour, we recently spent time at Hive Studios recording a fresh demo reel, featuring our own renditions of classic Eric Clapton songs. The goal? To capture the energy of our live performances and showcase the raw talent that goes into every show. Unlike many tribute acts, we don’t rely on pre-recorded tracks. Everything you hear on stage is performed live, and that same dedication shines through in our studio recordings.
The Hive Studios session was electric. We worked through some of Clapton’s greatest hits, including "Sunshine of Your Love", "Layla", and "Wonderful Tonight", staying true to the original recordings while adding our own flair. We can’t wait to share these recordings with you as part of our new demo reel, which will be available soon on our website and social media channels.
This reel isn’t just for the fans – it’s also a tool for venue managers and promoters who are interested in booking us. We wanted to ensure that anyone considering Classic Clapton by Damo & The Dominos for their event gets a taste of what we bring to the stage: an authentic, all-live Clapton experience that keeps audiences coming back for more.
